Justine runs the LIAB tax team from her small Idaho hometown of Blackfoot these days, but she started as employee #1: the boss’s right-hand lady and Lead Bookkeeper back in the days when we worked out of Liz’s kitchen in San Francisco. When she’s not researching tax law, she’s spending quality family time with her husband, daughter, and 3 fur babies.

Splitting her time between the Bay Area and the stunning Oregon Coast, Eveliz brings a thoughtful blend of regional insight and firsthand experience. Her background in hospitality taught her the value of people—how to listen, anticipate needs, and build trust. With her expertise in tax preparation and financial management, Eveliz provides clients with clear, reliable guidance to help them make informed financial decisions. Whether she’s in the office, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or planning her next coastal road trip, Eveliz brings calm focus and grounded dedication to everything she does.

Tenzin moved here from India in 2016, where she was born and raised. She worked at the non-profit Central Tibetan Administration for 17 years doing bookkeeping and generally keeping the office running!
She now lives with her family in their own house where she hopes to grow a food forest in the back yard.

AmyBeth has held a wide assortment of careers: roofing, private investigation, film and event promotions, retail management, a stint as a legal secretary, and more. Never a spare moment and never bored, her communication and organization skills help keep the LIAB office cohesive. When not at her desk, she can be found at her workbench, road tripping with her husband and cat, or playing Snow White with the neighborhood wildlife.

Ada - Bookkeeper

Onboarding Specialist/Technical Lead
Ada is a former cryptologist who relocated to the Twin Cities recently to embrace snowier pursuits. When they aren’t running tabletop games or writing fiction, Ada is usually found with a book in hand.

Nikole - Bookkeeper
Nikole
Bookkeeper
Nikole was born, raised, and remains in Miami, Florida. She tended bar through college, earning both a bachelor's in accounting and a bartending license and has been bookkeeping for 15 years now.
Nikole spends her time away from the bookkeeping desk with her three boys, husband, and fur baby Loki, a husky, and Steak, a non-furry bearded dragon. She also somehow squeezes in time as an avid reader, reveling in fantasy books and series and ALSO writes her own stories. Lately she’s been exploring pie-baking as therapy.

Heather
AP Specialist
Heather was born in Big Sandy, Texas and moved through the northwest states with her family before settling in California two decades ago. She kept her first job for eight years, working up through the ranks, gathering skills, and learning to have fun working every day. She comes to us after a stint in property management and customer service. In her free time, though she claims to be a couch potato, Heather still finds ways to have fun and plays D&D every weekend.

Erin
Administrative Assistant
Erin was born and raised in sunny Southern California, but really came into her own after moving to Arkansas. She and her husband live in Little Rock, where she now serves as Administrative Assistant in the LIAB remote office online realm. (She has lobbied for a title change to Desk Gremlin.)
Erin brings years of customer service and office support experience to our office, having worked in such varied environments as website billing and client support and Arkansas' Department of Human Services, with a touch of retail thrown in for good measure.
Her hobbies are just as varied: travel, video games, books, and her fur babies.

David
Operations
David is an ex-tech and partnership executive who enjoys working in the background, hoisting our technology into place and helping everything run smoothly. When not updating databases and pitching in with bookkeeping and taxes, he can be found responding to fire calls as a volunteer firefighter and member of his local town's planning board.

Aysha
Tax Team
The only thing Aysha appreciates more than a well-organized spreadsheet is spending time with her family snowboarding, bbq'ing, or camping in rural WA State. This is her second run at LIAB, having served as Liz’s assistant before venturing to work as a paralegal, honing skills expertly integrated now in the Tax Team.
And, like many of our clients, she and her husband are small business owners who operate a tattoo shop!.
